The composition is tailored to the transfer effectiveness of your goal, so that sustainable and visible behavioral change is possible. All programs begin with a live get-to-know-you session (MS Teams, Zoom, or your platform of choice), introduction to the program flow and scope to set the foundation for the common goal. During the program, digital learning, live online interaction and, most importantly, implementation in everyday work alternate.
