Sustainable learning through hybrid solutions
More than just a mix of eLearning and face-to-face events - Transfer effectiveness is not dependent on face-to-face meetings. Nevertheless, there are some topics that are easier to deal with in person. Our hybrid solutions can be combined flexibly. Once again, our focus is on the central question: Which format serves your goals? A balance of transfer effective methods is critical, as behavior change is a process that takes between 60 and 90 days to become a new habit. As in our Online Live programs we use videos, audio, infographics, reflections... for preparation, consolidation and reinforcement. Our variety of methods in our hybrid solutions is diverse. During the program, digital learning, face 2 face interaction and, most importantly, implementation in everyday work alternate.
